Learn More — Engineered Wood FlooringWhy Choose Fuentes Flooring
Hardwood floor sanding, refinishing, repair and installation — done in the right order: assessed honestly, prepared properly, and walked with you before we call it finished.
Refinish First, Replace Last
Most worn hardwood doesn't need replacing — it needs sanding back to clean wood and a new finish. We tell you plainly which yours is, because a refinish costs a fraction of a new floor.
The Subfloor Comes First
A new floor is only as good as what it sits on. The subfloor gets checked, cleaned and leveled before a single plank goes down — that is where flat, quiet floors come from.
Your Home Stays Protected
Sanding makes dust, and containment is the difference between a professional job and a mess. Adjacent rooms, cabinets and openings are masked off before the first pass, and the space is cleaned before we leave.
Straight Talk on Materials
Vinyl, laminate, engineered or solid wood — they behave completely differently in a kitchen, a basement or a bedroom. We match the material to the room and the budget, not to the invoice.
Clear Written Quotes
Quotes that list the work — prep, repairs, material, finish — so you can compare line by line and see exactly what you're paying for. And a walk-through together before we call any job done.
