About Fuentes Flooring
A Chicago flooring company that brings hardwood floors back and puts new ones in right.
Meet Fuentes Flooring
Fuentes Flooring Inc is owned by Braulio Fuentes and based on Chicago's North Side. The work is floors, and only floors: sanding and refinishing existing hardwood, repairing damaged boards and sections, and installing new floors — vinyl plank, laminate and engineered wood as well as solid hardwood.
Much of Chicago's housing has good hardwood hiding under carpet or decades of worn finish, and the most satisfying job in this trade is bringing it back. Where a new floor is the honest answer, we say so, prepare the subfloor properly, and install the material the room actually calls for.
We serve homeowners across Chicago, the North Shore & the western suburbs — roughly a 30-mile radius. Every quote is written and lists the work; every job ends with the space cleaned and a walk-through together.

Hardwood Comes First
Sanding and refinishing existing hardwood is the heart of the work: bringing back floors that looked finished, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them.
Every Material, Matched to Its Room
Vinyl for the wet rooms, laminate for the budget-smart dry ones, engineered wood over concrete, solid hardwood where it belongs — recommended by how the room is used, not by the invoice.
Homes Treated Like Homes
Rooms masked off before sanding, dust contained, the space cleaned before we leave, and a walk-through together before any job is called finished.
English & Spanish
Talk through your project in whichever language is easier for you — the whole site, and the crew, work in both.
