Hardwood Floor Sanding, Refinishing & Installation in Chicago in Wilmette

Homeowners in Wilmette, Illinois call Fuentes Flooring for hardwood floor sanding, refinishing, repair and installation — bringing worn hardwood floors back, repairing damaged boards and sections, and installing new floors in vinyl, laminate and engineered wood.

Much of the housing around Wilmette already has hardwood underneath — often hiding under carpet or decades of old finish — and sanding and refinishing is usually the way to get it back rather than replacing it. Where a new floor is the right answer, we prepare the subfloor properly first, because that is what a flat, quiet floor comes from.

We work across Chicago, the North Shore & the western suburbs, roughly a 30-mile radius, so Wilmette is a normal week for us, not a special trip. Every job ends with the space cleaned up and a walk-through with you before we call it finished.
